ELNOAH currently ships to: Germany, India. The available delivery countries are shown during checkout.

Applicable shipping costs are shown during checkout before the order is completed. They may vary depending on delivery country, delivery address, order quantity, and shipping method.
3. Delivery Time – Germany
Unless stated otherwise for the specific product, delivery within Germany is expected within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
4. Delivery Time – India
The estimated delivery time to India is shown during checkout. International deliveries may take longer due to transport, customs clearance, or other circumstances.
5. Customs and Import Duties
Deliveries to India may incur additional import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other fees. Where such costs are payable by the recipient, they are not covered by ELNOAH.

9. Undeliverable Shipments
If delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, we will contact the customer for clarification.
